| 摘 要： | 在高等教育事业的发展中,高校领导班子素质如何,对于贯彻落实十六届四中全会精神、加强党的执政能力建设具有决定性作用.只有加强高校领导班子建设,使之具有较高的马克思主义理论水平,坚持用邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想武装头脑,才能实现教育改革与发展的目标.为此,必须从高校的实际出发,深刻认识加强高校领导班子思想政治建设的重要性,采取切实措施,加强领导班子思想政治建设,努力开创高校领导班子思想政治建设工作的新局面.
