| 摘 要： | 为了使公安干警更好地了解《公安机关人民警察纪律条令》的基本精神,把握其精髓,本文科学分析了《纪律条令》出台的历史背景;系统阐述了其政治特色和引人瞩目的四大特点;论述了严守纪律是人民警察的天职,以及该条令对促进公安机关及其人民警察严格、公正、文明执法,推进公安队伍正规化建设的重要作用。
