当前,全国、全省道路交通管理处于改革发展的关键期,缓解高速公路人、车、路之间的矛盾需要深入推进高速公路交通安全管理法制建设,完善执法依据、规范执法行为;深入推进高速公路公安交通管理体制建设,确保管理体制与经济社会发展相适应;以"平安畅通高速"评价体系为基准,深入推进高速公路交通安全政府综合治理机制建设;以应用为目标,深入推进高速公路交通信息化建设。

Practice and Thinking of Scientific Development of Traffic Management of Hunan Highway

At present,in order to the ease the contradiction between people,cars and roads,the safety administration,highway traffic management system,law enforcement basis and conduct should be improved in the key period of reform.It required that the comprehensive management mechanisms should be promoted;the traffic information construction of highway should be promoted as the applying objective.
