浅谈刑事证据立法对公安工作的影响

随着司法实践的不断发展，理论界发现仅依靠《刑事诉讼法》制定的证据规则已不能适应我国刑事诉讼法治的需要，亟待加以完善，故而开始探讨证据立法问题。公安机关肩负着侦查犯罪的重要职责，侦查工作的主要内容是收集证据以破获案件，所以证据立法必将对公安工作产生重大影响。面对刑事证据立法的挑战，公安机关应该尽早研究证据立法问题，以适应证据立法的要求。

We must improve the condition as soon as possible. So the discussion of evidential legislation has become the key. Public security takes on the significant responsibility on investigation crime. The main content of the investigation is collecting the evidences. Therefore, evidence legislation will be significant for police. Affronting the challenge of criminal evidence legislation, public security should pay more attention to this problem to adapt the need.
