社会转型期政府在劳动关系中的角色定位及职责履行

我国正处在社会转型期,劳动关系已经发生深刻的变化,迫切要求政府及时找准自身在劳动关系中的角色定位,对劳动关系实行政府干预,以维护劳动者的合法权益。总结、借鉴中外政府在调整劳动关系方面的成功经验,建立健全我国的劳动关系法律制度,加强政府的执法和监督力度,支持组建强有力的工会,将劳动者“组织起来、切实维权”,并对政府工作实施群众监督,这是今后政府在劳动关系领域应该着力履行的工作职责。
