摘    要:我国正处在社会转型期,劳动关系已经发生深刻的变化,迫切要求政府及时找准自身在劳动关系中的角色定位,对劳动关系实行政府干预,以维护劳动者的合法权益。总结、借鉴中外政府在调整劳动关系方面的成功经验,建立健全我国的劳动关系法律制度,加强政府的执法和监督力度,支持组建强有力的工会,将劳动者“组织起来、切实维权”,并对政府工作实施群众监督,这是今后政府在劳动关系领域应该着力履行的工作职责。

Abstract:Under the circumstances of social transformation, the labor relation has brought about tremendous changes. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, re-orientation of government, governmentis intervention in the labor relations and mass supervision are of great significance. Government should draw on the experience of China and foreign countries, establish the perfect legal framework, strengthen the law enforcement and supervision, set up the forceful trade union organizations and carry out the work guiding principle of iGo into action, firmly safeguard rights of workersi.
