| Abstract: | In his report to the 16th National Congress of the Party, JIANG Ze-min raises an important inference-"Inner-Party domocracy is the Party's life",explains the basis,emphasis and starting-points for building inner-Party democracy at the new stage and puts forward a series of issues including reforming and perfecting the Party's congress system so that the thought on democratic centralism of Marxist theories on Party building has been carried on, enriched and developed. |
