| Abstract: | MBO is a revolution in the course of national economic strategic refor mation and enterprise reformation. It is greatly influencing the future of state -owned enterprises and the development of entrepreneurs. To better the condition of MBO, it is necessary to set up ideal operating system. This article investig ates into 4 areas of MBO operating system: Share Transfer Pricing System, Acquis ition and Fund Collection and Circulation System, Legal Supervision System and R unning System after Acquisition. |
