| 摘 要： | 选取四家典型军民融合企业作为研究对象,基于探索性多案例分析,运用扎根理论进行研究,构建军民融合科技创新影响因素模型。从企业管理层次的视角出发,环境层、战略层、支撑层、运行层和战术层五个层面逐步深入,挖掘出军民融合科技创新的影响因素及其作用机理。

| Abstract: | In this paper,four typical military-civilian integration enterprises are selected as the research objects.Based on exploratory multi-case analysis and the grounded theory the influencing factors of military-civilian integration science and technology innovation is studied.The influence factor model of military and civilian fusion science and technology innovation is constructed.From the perspective of enterprise management level,the environmental layer,strategic layer,support layer,operation layer and tactical layer are gradually deepened,and the influencing factors and their mechanism of military and civilian integration of scientific and technological innovation are excavated. |
