| Abstract: | Offence aggravated consequence is one concept being disputed among the criminal law of the continental law system,and the impossibility crime of offence aggravated consequence is one of the most disputed problems.On the premise of conclusion that the impossibility crime is not an offence,these two problems have being well-balanced more combining with each other. |
