| 摘 要： | 乡镇党务政务没有截然的界限，党政具体工作常常融合布置，党委工作涵盖政府工作，乡镇党委和乡镇政府之间的权力关系成为一种授权关系。调适乡镇的党政关系，需要在乡镇党政议事融合的基础上，促进党政职能分开和权责分开。
