China is during rapid urbanization period,there are many pressing research issues in the development of large cities,particularly issues such as space development and management,suburbanization development,real estate development and the city traffic for the big cities are more prominent, and the developed countries in this regard have accumulated a very more wealth of experience,there are a number of lessons.From theirs comparative study,we will get a better allocation of resources to achieve sustainable urban development.
