| 摘 要： | 弱势群体的人权保障程度，彰显了一国对于人权保障事业的重视程度和该国社会发展的文明程度。当前我国在弱势群体立法上应做好几方面的工作：坚持以人为本，合理编制立法规划和立法计划；加强和完善弱势群体人权的法律保障；注意利益均衡，避免过度保护出现新的不平等。

| Abstract: | The level of protection of human rights of vulnerable groups highlights a country＇ s degree of attention for the cause of human rights protection and the country＇ s social development level of civilization. At present, we should do several jobs on the legislation of vulnerable groups in China in following aspects ： insisting on people - o- riented ;preparing legislative program and planning rationally;strengthening and improving the legal protection of human rights of vulnerable groups ; noting the balance of interests; avoiding new inequalities caused by overprotection. |
