| 摘 要： | 非法证据是否排除,将直接关涉到案件事实的认定结果,因此急需合理的操作机制加以解决。文章对审前非法证据排除证明程序的适用现状及存在的问题进行了分析,探索审前非法证据排除的证明程序。

| Abstract: | Whether illegal evidence is excluded is directly related to the identification of the facts of the case and it is in urgent need of a reasonable operating mechanism to solve it.The article explores the certification procedures of excluding illegal evidence in pre-trial proceedings after analyzing its status quo of application and existing problems. |
