| 摘 要： | 刑法中的严格责任事实上是＂舶来品＂,它起源于英美刑法。文章认为刑法中的严格责任在我国是可以确立的。我国法律的科技化时代已经到来,而科技给法律也带来了科学上的不确定性,这就需要在刑法中加入严格责任这一概念。

| Abstract: | In criminal law, the strict liability is ＂imported goods＂ in fact,which originated in the Anglo -American criminal law. The article points out that the strict liability in criminal law can be established in our country. The high - tech era of our laws has already come, and meanwhile, technology has also brought scientific uncertainty to laws. This requires the concept of strict liability in criminal law. |
