推进党的建设科学化的过程性特征分析

作为一个历史实践过程,推进党的建设科学化具有两个基本的过程性特征,即具体性和历史性。具体性,是说一定时期党的建设科学化的实现程度是具体社会条件下的党的建设规律的体现;历史性,是说党的建设科学化的实现是随着社会实践的不断推进而逐步完成的。科学把握这两个基本的过程性特征在于做到理想与现实、批判与建设、继承与创新以及合规律性与合目的性的有机统一。

As a process of historical practice,the project of promoting CPC＇s scientific construction bears the two basic features of being specific and historic.Being specific means the achievement CPC makes in its scientific construction within a certain period would always reflect the CPC＇s construction rules in that specific period.While being historic means the CPC＇s goal of making its construction scientific will be progressively fulfilled along with the deepening of social practice.Right understanding these two basic features means we should scientifically deal with the relation between ideal and reality,between criticism and construction,between inheritance and innovation,between rule and goal.
