| 摘 要： | 邮轮原指从事客运的船舶,现一般专指用于娱乐的船舶.目前,我们对邮轮检查效率的低下,主要是集中在入境检查环节.提高邮轮检查效率的途径,需要解决三个问题健全法制,及时完善邮轮的相关立法;适当放宽邮轮旅客的签证政策;边检机关应当在提高邮轮检查效率、促进"邮轮经济"发展方面扮演关键角色.

| Abstract: | Cruise ship is a ship formerly associated with passenger transportation and now almost exclusively used for entertainment.At present,the frontier inspection service system can not take on heavy responsibilities of raising inspecting efficiency for cruise ship and it has lagged behind the development of international situation.In order to raise inspecting efficiency for cruise ship,we should improve and perfect the laws on cruise ship,relax restriction on visa.At the same time,the frontier inspection service system should play an important role in raising inspecting efficiency for cruise ship. |
