| 摘 要： | 本文认为信教群众是我们的基本群众,在宗教工作中必须努力学习,讲究方法,按照代表最广大人民根本利益的要求,正确处理好代表少数信教群众与代表多数不信教群众两者之间的关系,切实代表包括信教群众在内的最广大人民的根本利益.
