| 摘 要： | 针对英国伦敦海事仲裁中英国法下船东所提出的交船后船舶质保索赔的实务问题，结合对常用船舶建造格式合同下质量担保条款的分析，并参照英国相关案例，对可能由船厂承担的质保责任和赔偿义务等内容进行了探讨。最后对中国法下船舶超过质保期可能引起的问题进行分析。

| Abstract: | This paper, by citing some precedents and relative authorities, discusses and analyzes the builder＇ s potential guarantee and indemnity liability on the issues relating to the buyer＇s claim of warranty under shipbuilding contracts in maritime arbitration as per LMAA terms and English law. In the paper the author makes a further discussion regarding the dispute aris- en after expiry of the warranty period in China law. |
