| 摘 要： | China is advancing its reform to deeper waters, as signaled by the overall plan on comprehensive and far-reaching reforms proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held in November 2013. The plenum set the goals of achieving ＂decisive results＂ and fostering more stable and mature institutional systems by 2020. It＇s highly expected that by then more Chinese people will share the fruits of reform and development, and that the international community will gain more opportunities for win-win cooperation with China.
