明清时期影响云南人才分布不平衡因素探析

明代是云南社会历史发展的重要时期 ,随后的清王朝建立 ,在云南依然推行“尊孔读经”的文教政策 ,普遍设立义学 ,在一些边远民族地区兴办儒学。明清时期 ,云南地区人才大量涌现 ,这既是当时社会发展的产物 ,又从一个侧面反映了当时各地经济、文化发展水平。人才分布的基本格局 ,是众多因素共同作用的结果 ,包括自然因素、人文因素、政治和经济等因素。

The Causes of the Unbalanced Geographical Distribution of Talented Personnel in Yunnan During Ming and Qing Dynasties

Ming Dynasty was an important period for Yunnan's social and historical development. From this period onward until the Qing Dynasty, the education policy of "worshipping Confucius and studying Confucian doctrines" was implemented and tuition-free schools were set up everywhere, spreading Confucianism to outlying and minority inhabited areas. Both the Ming and the Qing dynasties saw the emergence of a great number of talented personnel, a phenomenon that was partly accounted for by the rapid social development then, and partly by economic and cultural achievements. The pattern of distribution of talented personnel that took shape then was the result of interactions between many different factors, including natural environment, social milieu, politics and economy.
