| 摘 要： | 知识产权犯罪的原因多种多样。知识产权犯罪的主观原因表现在犯罪人的犯罪动机和犯罪心理上,客观原因主要涉及到经济、体制、思想观念、法律制度等几个层面的因素。为防范和减少知识产权犯罪,应完善我国知识产权的刑事立法,增强司法部门的执法力度,强化知识产权保护的法制观念。

| Abstract: | There are lots of causes of crime against intellectual property.The first question of the paper is the concept of crime against intellectual property.The etiology of this crime may be divided into the subjective causes and the objective causes.The subjective causes pay more attention to describing the motive of this crime and the criminal mind,and the objective causes are involved with economy,politic,culture,legal system and others. |
