| Abstract: | The historical experience which new social strata orderly participated in the democratic politics construction proved that we must uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China,combine strengthening the Party’s governance ability with expanding the Party’s governance base,that we must adhere to taking economic development as the central task,combine developing the market economy with the basic system of socialism,that we must always put people first,combine thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development with building a harmonious socialist society,that we must adhere to taking the existing democratic political framework as the base,combine orderness that new social strata orderly participated in the democratic politics construcion with its universality. |
