| 摘 要： | 死刑司法程序控制是限制死刑的众多方法中的一种,通过严格运用刑事程序法中关于辩护制度,证据制度、审判程序、死刑执行的相关规定,将死刑控制在很小的范围内是必要的、可行的,对于现阶段来说也具有较强的现实意义。
