| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内公共管理伦理学的研究取得了初步进展,学术界讨论和争议的问题涉及多个方面,大致可以归为学科性质、研究对象、研究内容、宗旨和目标、功能与价值等,但在研究范围和视野等方面还存在明显不足。总体上说,国内公共管理伦理学的研究尚处于起步阶段。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the domestic study on the ethics of public management has made preliminary progress,and the academe has launched a broad discussion and argument,in which involved disciplinary nature,study object,contents,gist,aim,function and value,etc.However,there are obvious shortcomings in the width and depth of study,in another word in general,at a kindergarten stage is the domestic study on the ethics of public management. |
