| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件和实践条件下 ,现代公安领导者必须具备新的思维方式。具体说 ,1、必须打破眼界狭窄、分割保守的封闭性思维方式 ,向现代的、开放性思维方式转变 ;2、打破照抄、照搬、唯上、唯书的教条主义思维方式 ,向突破常规、求新、求异的创新思维方式转变 ;3、由主要习惯于历史比较的纵向思维 ,向纵向、横向思维相结合的思维方式转变……。

| Abstract: | Under new historical and practical situation, Modern public security leaders have to think in new ways. The detailed will be as followed: changing the closed, conservative thinking ways to modern and open ones; changing the dogmatism thinking ways which copy books or high authorities mechanically to creative ones; from the thinking ways in depth to ones which think widely and deeply. |
