| 摘 要： | 发展是我国改革开放30多年伟大实践的一个历史性课题。邓小平把解放思想作为社会主义发展的前提，既强调在坚持马克思主义前提下解放思想，又突破陈规，开拓了马克思主义新境界；把改革开放作为社会主义发展的动力，既坚持社会主义基本制度，又找到了社会主义制度自我完善的途径；把共同富裕作为社会主义发展的价值目标，既坚持社会主义方向，又找到了共同富裕的发展路径。

| Abstract: | Development has been a historic issue for the 30 years of reform and opening up in China. Deng Xiao-ping took emancipation of minds as a prerequisite to development of socialism, emphasizing emancipation of minds on the precondition of persisting in Marxism, and making breakthroughs and attaining a new realm is practising Marxism as well. Deng took reform and opening up as the driving force for development of socialism, adhering to the basic socialist system and finding the way of self-improvement of the socialist system as well. He took common prosperity as the value goal for building socialism, adhering to socialist orientation and also finding the way to common prosperity. |
