| Abstract: | Cultivating undergraduate party members is a very important task in college ideological and political work,as well as an important path to supply new blood for the party.Starting from the aspects of organization construction,political theories study,practice work and so on,the paper explores some new methods and countermeasures of college students inner-party education after joining the party,to innovate the mechanism of party members education constantly. |
