中华苏维埃共和国妇女权益保障之评析

20世纪30年代，中国共产党人首次在局部执政区域忠实地履行着妇女解放的神圣职责并在保障妇女享有政治、经济、教育平等权和婚姻自主权等方面作出了努力，这是中国共产党维护中国人权的历史见证。但由于新生的苏维埃国家政权始终处于激烈的军事战争状态，加上年轻的苏维埃政府执政经验的不足和受“左”倾政策的影响，从而在妇女权益保障方面不可避免地存在着局限性。客观地评价其成就，正确总结其经验教训，对新世纪深入拓展我国妇女权益保障事业与构建和谐社会有着重要的意义。

Commentary Analysis of the Guarantee for Women's Rights in the Chinese Soviet Republic

In the 1930s,the CPC honestly did her sacred duty to liberate women and made efforts to safeguard their political,economical,educational equality and marriage autonomy in the partly governed area for the first time,which is the historical testimony for the CPC to safeguard the rights of the Chinese people.But owing to the fierce military affairs,inexperience of the young government and influence of the Left-inclined policy,there inevitably existed limitations for such safeguards.Objectively commenting the achievements and correctly concluding the lessons are sure to have important meaning in developing the cause of safeguarding women's rights and constructing a harmonious society in the new century.
