| 摘 要： | 高水平师资队伍是建设示范性院校的前提和保证,而团队建设又是提高师资队伍整体素质的核心。本文从教师队伍团队建设的内涵入手,分析了团队建设的关键因素,并提出了一些设想和做法,具有较好的借鉴意义。
