| 摘 要： | 经过近20年的发展,云南滇中地区高新技术产业已初具规模并稳步发展,成为推动云南经济发展的生力军。与此同时,滇中地区高新技术产业发展中面临着规模小、竞争力弱;产业结构与布局不合理等问题,需要系统研究并逐步予以解决。
