| 摘 要： | 在全球化快速发展和改革开放的新时期,世界和中国都在发生着重大而深刻的变化,党自身也在发生着深刻的变化,党的干部思想政治教育工作面临着许多新的严峻挑战。为此,我们必须始终根据社会进步和时代发展的要求,不断推进党的干部思想政治教育观念、教育内容、教育方法和工作机制等的发展和创新,不断提高干部思想政治教育工作的科学性和实效性。
