| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是用信息技术把各种资源、能力和思想动态地连接起来,成为一种有机的企业网络组织。虚拟企业是一种超越常规的企业间合作,它与普通的合作相比,在对经济、管理及竞争环境变化的适应能力上有着明显的优势,但同时又有着无法避免的问题。当前,应力求改善虚拟企业的运行环境。

| Abstract: | Virtual enterprises refer to some online enterprise organizations that dynamicly connect various resource, ability and thought with each other by using IT. Compared to some ordinary cooperations, it belongs to a kind of enterprise exceeding routine works together, which has clear advantages in economy, management, adaptability in competitive surroundings. Meanwhile, it still exists problems it can not avoid. Currently, it should first make every effort to improve the operating environment of the virtual enterprise. |
