| 摘 要： | 巴西、俄罗斯、印度、南非与我国同属处于经济社会发展转型期的"金砖国家"。在市场转型、经济发展、体量巨大等共性外,各"金砖国家"在历史与国情尤其是政党政治方面个性迥异。然而,各"金砖国家"执政党近年来均体现出强化党建、严明党纪的鲜明趋势;其严明党纪的举措,给中国共产党相关实践提供了有益启示。

| Abstract: | Brazil,Russia,India and South Africa,together with China,all belong to the so - called BRICS,which are in the process of socioeconomic development and transition. Except the commonalities in respect of market transition,economic development and large scale etc. ,BRICS differ from each other in their history and national conditions,especially in party politics. However,there is an obvious trend that the ruling parties in BRICS are all enhancing the work of party building and strengthening party discipline. Their measures for strengthening party discipline provide beneficial references for the relevant practices of the CPC. |
