| Abstract: | Learning-style enterprise" is the mode of future success. The correct study idea should be had on establishing "learning-style "enterprise. Meanwhile, strengthen the culture construction of enterprise, improve the competitiveness of organization constantly; enhance enterprise's capability of technology innovation to adapt the requirement of economic development of market; further the reform of workers' education, establish the education system of modern enterprise. |
