| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨了中国与印度中小企业合作的潜力、合作策略和可行政策。中印中小企业均承担着相似经济使命,中国与印度均拥有巨大的国内销售市场,国情具有相似性,产业与技术具有优势互补性,从而中印中小企业存在广泛的合作前景。我国中小企业应该采用适当的合作策略,充分利用与印度中小企业的合作融入国际市场,与国际生产接轨,逐步找到国际化的路子。
