Basic Problems in the Transferring Period of Modernization of Guangdong Public Security

In order to realize the modernization of Guangdong public security,we must do research on some basic problems of public security.The basic problems of public security in transferring period can be summarized as two parts: first,the environment of Guangdong Public security,that is,the objects of the public security management;second,the subject of public security management.These two fundamental problems correlate with each other and interact with each other to accelerate the realization of modernization of public security work.
