摘    要:多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要。如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。针对当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,必须正面应对,提出解决措施。

Abstract:Over the years,the state-owned enterprises have made breakthroughs in building talents team,innovation,thus achieving remarkable results which are,though,still far from meeting the production and operation,and the market situation and development.How to establish the scientific outlook on talents to change the mechanism to retain talents becomes an urgent need for state-owned enterprises to solve new problems.Therefore,the paper proposes solutions to problems concerning young talents in present state-owned enterprises.
