关于公安派出所绩效考核的思考

摘    要:公安派出所实行绩效考核制度有利于促进基层派出所各项业务工作和队伍建设的整体推进,成效显著。目前公安派出所绩效考核中存在的问题有目标设定不科学,考核过程和结果处理不当,考核难以量化,考核的形式过于单一等。为此,考核中应突出重点,制定统一科学的标准,注重落实,重在实效。

Abstract:The implementation of performance measurement system is conducive for promoting the work and staff construction in police stations.At present,such problems as goal setting-up being unscientific,disposal of measurement course and results being improper,measurement being difficult to quantify,measurement ways being unitary exist in the police station performance measurement.In performance measurement,therefore,emphasis should be stressed,unified scientific standard should be formulated,importance must be attached to the implementation and the actual effect.
