| Abstract: | Financial derivative instrument is a sign to reflecting a national financial market developed or not.In our country,legal supervision of financial derivative has many problems.We should establish unified supervision mode,perfect the relevant laws and regulations and improve the regulation efficiency to make financial derivatives trading real service for Chinese financial market development. |
