| 摘 要： | 邓小平在设计中国现代化发展战略的过程中,赋予这一古老的概念以新的时代内涵,并实现了人民群众对富裕、殷实的理想生活的追求。党的十六大提出了一个更新、更高的奋斗目标:建设一个惠及十几亿人口的更高水平、更全面的、发展比较均衡的小康社会。

| Abstract: | While designing the strategies to modernize China, Comrade Deng Xiaoping endowed the old term with a connotation of the new times. Chinese people have succeeded in pursuing an ideal life that is affluent and prosperous. The 16th Congress of CPC puts forth a more demanding objective: to construct a better, more comprehensive and well-balanced well-off society that benefits billions of Chinese people. |
