东北地区城乡经济互动发展的思考

实现东北老工业基地和重要的农产品生产基地的振兴,必须实行城乡互动发展战略,即促进城乡经济资源的合理流动,塑造一批有竞争力的企业,强化城市功能,发挥城市的带动效应,用工业化的思维搞农业。值得注意的问题是促进城乡发展在现阶段,以农补工阶段结束、但以工补农阶段尚未到来,因此,城乡差距将在较长一段时间内持续。

Consideration of Urban and rural Economy Exchange in Northeast China

In order to realize the revival of old Industrial base and farm produce base in northeast area,we must carry out strategy of urban and rural exchange.The strategy means to improve the reasonable exchange of urban and rural economy resource,to set up highly competitive enterprises,to strength city function,and to develop agriculture from the view of industrialization.The important problem is that the difference between urban and rural area will exist during a long period.
