| 摘 要： | 社会保险基金是整个社会保障体制持续健康运行的资金保障,基金的来源主要由社会保险经费的征缴完成。通过对我国社会保险费征收体制现状的解读,分析了其中存在的问题,在此基础上针对具体问题提出了体制完善的政策建议。
