| 摘 要： | 农村留守儿童问题是中国现代化、城市化及社会转型进程中产生的、迫切需要关注的特殊社会问题.对于留守儿童的生存发展而言,当下较多的是“物质关怀”“社会关怀”和“一时关怀”,但他们更需要“精神关怀”“父母关怀”和“长远关怀”.文章通过调研浙江省建德市的下涯镇、航头镇留守儿童的现状,对存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The problem of left-behind children in rural areas is produced in the process of modernization, urbanization and social transformation in China. It is a special social problem which needs for concern urgently. For the survival and development of left-behind children, they need not only＂substances care＂, ＂social care＂ and ＂temporary care＂, but also＂ spiritual care＂, ＂parental care＂ and ＂long-term care＂. Based on research of the left-behind children in Xiaya town and Hangtou town, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, the article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some relative countermeasures and suggestions. |
