金融企业集团概念之思考

金融企业集团是指主导业务是金融业务的各企业法人集合而成的经济意义上的实体 ,控制企业可对各受控企业施加控制。其中 ,控制是企业集团的特征 ,而主导业务是金融业务使得金融企业集团区别于一般的企业集团。控制包括形式上的控制 (即控制企业持有受控企业一定比例以上的股权 )和实质上的控制(即控制企业能够实质上对受控企业的业务经营和财务策略等方面施加影响 ) ,形式上的控制是可以推翻的。主导业务是金融业务应以企业集团中全部金融机构的资产总额占据企业集团所有成员的资产总额的比例以及金融机构数量占据企业集团全部成员数量的比例来衡量。
