资本、机器、土地为什么不创造剩余价值

资本的本质是增值，资本不转化为生产要素就不会增值；机器是无数代人劳动积累的结果，构成机器的各部分也不创造剩余价值；自然资源土地也不会创造剩余价值。相反，前人积累的劳动价值、自然资源的价值都是公共的，都应归公共所有，因而社会主义是人类社会发展的必然。

On the Reason why Capital,Machine and Land Fail to Create Surplus Value

With its core of appreciation, capital fails to realize appreciation when it can not transform to production factors ; as the result of labor accumulation of uncountable generations, machine also can not create surplus value with its parts and land, natural resource, keeps the same. On the contrary, since both labor value accumulated by the predecessors and natural resource are owned by the public, socialism is the necessity of social development.
