| Abstract: | The criminal policy of combining punishment with leniency is the summarization of the experience and lessons of China's judicial practice.Staidly implementing the criminal policy of combining punishment with leniency,it will gradually change the conception of the law enforcement investigators,and have an enormous impact on the whole process of investigation.Consequently,it will be better to protect the human rights of citizens,and conducive to building a harmonious socialist society. |
