共青团参与社会管理创新的工作思路

新的社会事务和社会问题伴随社会的发展而出现，社会管理机制和手段也应有针对性的调整和创新。当下中国经济社会处于结构转型期和矛盾凸显期，青年问题成为社会管理创新中的焦点和难点。共青团在组织、引导、服务青年与服务社会方面有着长期的工作积累，共青团阵地也是社会管理创新的重要试验田。从共青团的职能和近期实践来看，建立健全青年生存发展状况调查体系、青年就学就业服务体系、青年权益维护体系与志愿者服务体系，应是当前共青团参与社会管理创新、服务青年发展的关键领域。
