| Abstract: | According to Criminal Law there are two kinds of crimes of non-typical mafia-style syndicate:crime of harbouring a mafia-style syndicate and crime of entering the country to develop a mafia-style syndicate.While executing the law the bounds of the crime should be applied correctly and this is important for launching a tough crackdown on the crime. |
