| 摘 要： | 食品安全是关系民生的大事,近年来检察机关在办理危害食品安全犯罪过程中积累了一定经验,也取得了一定成效。但由于食品安全犯罪的专业性、隐蔽性、多变性,检察机关在办案过程中常常会在销售金额的认定、鉴定意见的效力、罪名的选择、食品安全犯罪的查处四个方面遇到困难,文章针对上述四个困境提出了相应的解决对策。
