列宁对农村干群关系问题的探索

列宁正确论述了人民内部矛盾的非对抗性;把反对官僚主义作为改善党群、干群关系的最主要的一环;把倾听农民呼声,尊重农民利益作为化解干群矛盾的重要前提;重视人民信访工作,加强干群之间的沟通。列宁在探索中也存在一些缺陷,但是他的探索为我们今天解决农村干群矛盾提供了借鉴和参考。

Lenin's Exploration on the Relationships between Masses and Cadres in Rural China

Lenin expounded exactly the non-antagonism of the contradictions among the people. He considered anti-bureaucracy as an important step to improve the relationships between masses and cadres. And he emphasized the importance of listening to the farmers and respecting their interests. He also paid great attention to the communications between the masses and cadres. Although there are still many imperfections of his thought, he provided useful references and experiences for present efforts in resolving the conflicts between cadres and masses in rural China.
